Not at all! All our products available site-wide have no minimum order requirements.

The total price of the product varies according to which section of the website you are shopping from. Under ‘Shop’, the price includes the price of the clothing item with graphic printing. Under ‘Create’. the price includes the price of the clothing item and differs on whether you have selected ‘Printing’ or ‘Embroidery’ as your preferred customization option.

You will find our size chart on the top right corner or at the bottom of the page! Kindly use this as a reference when deciding the right size for your items.

You can upload any image file as long as it is in high resolution. Our design team will always check if there are any issues with the image resolution and will get in touch with you before printing your order.

Absolutely! Feel free to drop off the item at our store in Ajman – we may just print it for you on the spot 😉

We accept all major debit & credit cards via our online secure Payment Gateway.
We offer Cash on Delivery or Cash on Pickup for our UAE customers placing orders of AED 500 or below.

We will always choose the method that guarantees the highest quality!
In a nutshell, sport & fitness apparel will be printed through sublimation,
graphic apparel will be printed either through heat transfer or Direct-to-Garment (DTG) machines. Alternatively, if you select the embroidery option for customization, we will use our in house computerized embroidery machine.
All of this depends on your preferred method of customization!

You can cancel your order within 12 hours by either canceling it directly from your account dashboard, giving us a call at +971 50 340 4305, or sending us an email to sales@amircustoms.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation

Definitely! You can request changes up to 12 hours after you have placed the the order by giving us a call at +971 50 340 4305, or sending us an email to sales@amircustoms.com with your Order ID along with the requests you may have for any changes.

Once an order is placed, our print team reviews it to ensure everything is a-okay! Should there be any doubts or issues, they will get in touch with you right away via email or phone before processing your order.

With proper care, the design and color will not wash off.
The general rule is to avoid ironing over prints and washing with either cold or luke-warm water

You can track your order by logging in to your AMIRCUSTOMS account and selecting the ‘Track Your Order’ section to view the order status

We take on average 2 working days to ship your order. Kindly allow for an additional day for our courier partner to deliver your items to you.

We also offer a ‘Click & Collect’ option whereby you can collect your order from our store in Ajman. within 1 working day of placing the order, free of charge!

Orders under AED 150 are chargeable at AED 15 for shipping.
We offer free shipping for orders over AED 150.

We hate shipping charges as much as you do!

We currently work with NEX – Neighbourhood Express Courier for shipping items within the UAE

Once the item has been returned to our store in Ajman, you will receive your refund within 3 working days.

We love giving discounts! Orders over 5 items are eligible for discounts and are progressive which means the more items you order the more discounts you get! For more information, please refer to the ‘Bulk Orders’ link under ‘Business’ at the bottom of the page!

Yes, we encourage it! If you require samples of the product to either check the material or if you need a sample with your logo/design on it we are happy to provide!
